Our Story
We are a family of 5 looking to maximize our joy in life. We find most of our fun right where we live, on the Olympic Peninsula. We love to enjoy the outdoors (especially beaches). We love to eat and we love to explore new places.

David: Full of energy, bouncing off the walls, creative oldest brother
Thomas: Silly maniac middle brother
Gracie: Quiet, sleeps a lot, eats a lot baby sister

We are currently still running on the hamster wheel of life working toward the day we can exit. We have a dream of enjoying a "Gap Year" to travel the US some day. For now, we try and find joy in the every day and we aim to have adventures weekly and plan to explore more of the country we live in month by month, year by year.

I am a Stay-at-Home Mom who likes to write and be creative instead of doing dishes. I like to go on adventures instead of doing the laundry and would rather order take-out than cook dinner. It all gets done in the end though.
