Top 5 Lunch Restaurants Port Angeles

Updated: Mar 6, 2021

In a previous post, we recommended our favorite breakfast restaurants in Port Angeles. Now we bring your our favorite kid-friendly lunch restaurants. Of course, lunches depend on what your tummy is hungry for, so our list includes traditional American lunches, a hole in the wall BBQ joint, a healthier option and a Tex-Mex option. If you are visiting for a few days, try a few of these, you won't be disappointed; these are some of the best restaurants in Port Angeles!

205 E. 8th St. Suite A, Port Angeles (360)452-6964

Graysons is a newer restaurant in the area. We have visited a few times and we have liked it each time. Their fries are hands down the best fries in town! Their menu is pretty small but what's on it, they do well. I especially love the Pesto Melt.

110 E 1st St., Port Angeles (360)727-1166

The most delicious BBQ in the area is found in a tiny little hole in the wall restaurant in downtown. Everything on their menu is amazing and their sauce is worth drenching everything in. They have a small menu, we have tried everything on it and their smoked meats are our favorite.

107 E 1st St. Port Angeles (360)457-0352

This tiny hole in the wall restaurant is a favorite for both breakfast and lunch. Whenever you go, try and snag a cinnamon roll, they are the best in town and sometimes they go quick! From burgers to sandwiches to salads, they have something for everyone. I love their Avocado Sandwich (add turkey to make it extra yummy). Their specialty coffees are also so good for an afternoon pick me up, make sure to ask for their house-made espresso whipped cream!

Be aware though, this restaurant is very tiny, for parties of 4 or more, I would suggest calling ahead and reserving one of their few larger tables, or ordering to do if you aren't a fan of small spaces.

102 W Front St. Port Angeles (360)504-2924

New Day is one of our favorite places for lunch and breakfast. Their smoothies are yummy to pair with any meal you decide on. They use organic and locally sourced ingredients when possible and have many Gluten Free options as well as vegan and more.

They have something for everyone but our favorites are their burgers and pizzas and their handmade potato chips are a must have (order a side of ranch to dip them in!)

If you are in an afternoon slump and need a pick me up, their specialty teas and coffees are a yummy after lunch treat.

315 E 1st St. Port Angeles (360)504-2959

Little Devil's Lunchbox is like a mix between BBQ and Mexican. Their menu includes giant burritos, tacos, salads and more. Their meats are smoked and so very delicious. I had never thought about using smoked meats in a burrito, but the combination is so very tasty. They usually have daily specials but we tend to stick to either Carnitas or Chicken Burritos.

This is a must try when you are in the area. It's great for a quick pick up dinner or even picnic lunch.

All these restaurants are family friendly and kid-approved! If you try any of these during your trip, come back and comment on your favorites!
